We are grateful to have a robust solar system in place, ensuring our guests enjoy a worry-free stay. Our solar panels typically keep the batteries fully charged each day. In the rare case that both the sun and local utilities (WAPA) are simultaneously uncooperative, we have generators that will recharge the batteries. This means you can simply relax and enjoy your vacation.

Constructed in 2021, this two bedroom villa, with possibly even "GRANDer" views, was owner occupied and meticulously tended to for the last few years. Now available for short term rental, this beautiful home has two stories with an interior stairwell connecting the two. The upper level boasts an open-design living space that seamlessly flows onto a large covered porch overlooking Coral Bay and the surrounding Virgin Islands. On the lower level, you will find the bedrooms, each has an ensuite with double vanities and spacious, custom built showers. From either room, you can step through sliding glass doors onto another covered porch to sip your morning coffee, and yes, take in the views.
